We care about our guests and want them to relax and have a good rest. In case of breaking the rules hostel reserves the right charge guests card and ask to leave without refunds. RESERVATION CHANGE: to change reservation (increase/decrease number of guests, change dates, change room type, etc.) you need to cancel it and make new one. You lose the non-refundable deposit. CANCELLATION: please make cancellation on the web-site you made reservation on AND send us email. Cancellation must be done before 12.00 2 days before arrival, otherwise you will be charged for 1st night amount. Hostel has right to pre-authorize provided card.
